  Bought a "$300" scoopon for $89. Specifically told the guy I was selling the car and needed a thorough job done. Please note I have always cleaned my car and even vacuumed it before I handed it over. They did a good job on the interior, I can't really complain about that, however IF I was to pay $300 the exterior was very poor. There was still squashed bugs on the front of the car especially the headlights and a few marks on the side doors that I easily polished out when I got home. They missed the tops of the windows and didn't clean the inside grooves on the doors. I actually expected it to be wax and polished which clearly wasn't the case. Ho hum you get what you pay for. I would have gone back with my first ever new car if it was quality service, You live and learn so hopefully they read this, take heed, learn from the input and run a successful business. I should have listened to my husband and done it myself for free.

  Poor customer service. Car got water in the engine block which caused a short to the ABS, despite a written submission from the car dealership they refused to believe they were at fault. Buyer beware.
