  A first-rate professional service, that is second to no other in WA. I received a warm genuine welcome from Valerie and her team. Val promptly put me at ease, taking time to provide clear and demonstrated explanations to the detailed questions I carefully drafted before my appointment, with conscientious follow-through, taking time on her Sunday to email research papers that provided further detail on statistical success rates. Val obviously gives detailed thought to communicating the theory of the mandibular advancement splint (MAS), and used dental models to clearly explain the operation of the MAS appliance. Val provided genuine and accurate information on the MAS, and on other options available for snoring and sleep apnoea. Valerie has experience referring patients to orthognathic surgeons, and uses the most experienced and skilled surgeons, to ensure optimum outcomes for patients. In summary, I am highly impressed, due mostly to Val’s empathetic and helpful nature, which clearly shines through.
