    Backward to the nth degree. No eftpos facilities will only take cash will never do anything the first time even if you ring and ask for precise instructions. never available and useless

    Not very nice to deal with ,they make it hard but i guess this is par for the course with these kind of institutions , I was asked to come in to address a problem only to be told to do it on the internet ????At least it was sorted out in the end.
