    Totally and completely useless. Utterly unprofessional. I contacted the MHAS via email. My letter was well written (if I do say so myself); requested assistance in a perfectly reasonable manner; and contained some well-thought-out suggestions w.r.t. how MHAS could improve their service/clarify their role. My letter was simply ignored.

    Unfortunately, I can only conclude that MHAS are hopelessly compromised. I mean, look at their email address after the "." [.wa.gov.au] and ask yourself .... whose interests are they serving? Hint: they serve their funding entity - not the mental health consumers of Western Australia.
