  The most disgusting and unfair insurance company i have ever seen .its been nearly 4 months past from my accident and after that all hard time they gave me with document and investigator, still waiting for their decision.

  The day after my surgery i received a call ( NO CALLER ID) from James, telling me the claim, was rejected. So not only could i not contact him, i can still no longer contact him. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

  I then tried to contact the Insurance Manager, James however he did not answer the phone 3 after three calls and a voicemail. Furthermore my surgeons secretary could not contact, James the Unknown insurance manager.

  my dad delt with them the worst insurance company if you make a claim they dont even accept you are there coustomer and put you on to a broker what a joke he never wants to deal with such idiots again now they tell him they only cover brand new stuff hes delt with companys all over the world and they are by far the worst if you make a claim they put your preiums up buy at least 90 per cent a bunch of bloody bloodsuckers they can take your money but not his he has to work hard for his in the mines

  I had the unfortunate pleasure with dealing with CGU insurance with a workers compensation claim. Because of the nature of my injury i required surgery, however 2 days before the surgery on a Saturday CGU insurance manager James Last name unknown, contacted the hospital on a Saturday, know that the hospital would be closed. On the day of the Surgery (Monday) i received a call from the surgeons office, telling me my claim had bee rejected.
