    5 hours and 20 minutes on the phone and then I eventually hung up. Then I call back after an hour, eventually after 2 hours of waiting I get through only to be told that it’s a call back service and someone would call me back. LIES LIES and more LIES. Nobody calls you back. This is a first world joke of a government department. Why keep letting so many more people into the country if you can’t deliver a proper service to the people who are already living in Australia.

    Appalling. 1hr 40mins on hold first time. 2+ hrs second time. And now having to ring again as there is absolutely NO other way of contacting this Dept.

    Very rude staff at desk. They should not obviously be working in customer service. One of worst experiences in Australia.
