  Terrible experience. Had to go there five times to pick up my parcel. Every time l went there they were asking for another document to proof my identity. Unprofessional staff and very unhelpful. Took me five visits and two days to finally collect it. Generous one star for the worst post office I have ever been to.

  Get an urgent reminder to pick up a parcel without having them leave a first slip. Now for the first time they have even sent a parcel back when posting an urgent reminder on the 28th and the parcel being posted back to the UK on the 29th.

  Same problem as others, have to jump through ID hoops to pick up a parcel. Inconsistent ID requirements completely waste my time every time. If they were a legitimate business they wouldn't survive.

  I had excellent customer service at this Australia Post. I wanted to send a few postcards using pretty stamps for friends around the world who collect stamps and the fellow behind the counter went out of his way to find the best stamps for me. I notice that the workers at this Australia Post open additional counters when it gets busy, too. Thank you!
